Chinese technology giant Xiaomi has become one of the most talked about companies in 2019. The company succeeded in attracting the attention of consumers with its smart phones and innovative technological products. However, in the early days of 2020, Xiaomi faced a major security problem.

Xiaomi's security problem arose through the Reddit platform. A user named "Dio-V" uploaded some videos to the platform and revealed the problem found in Xiaomi's "Mijia 1080p Smart" security camera. Dio-V showed some images in the videos he shared and claimed that these images were actually taken from other users' cameras, not his own camera.

The Dio-V has multiple screenshots. So we can say that the claims in the middle are very realistic and there is some evidence. Moreover, there is no possibility that the product is not original. Dio-V, Aliexpress purchased the product through the "3.5.1_0066" code indicates that using the software. Xiaomi has not made any explanation for this security problem. However, the event is expected to be clarified soon.

This problem in Xiaomi's security camera has also triggered the US-based technology giant Google. Because Xiaomi's security camera was able to work in integration with Google Home and Google Nest products. However, with the emergence of the problem, Google has removed its integration support for Xiaomi. Aware of the magnitude of the problem, Google has also contacted Xiaomi for the solution.

Google's removal of integration support includes not only the Mijia 1080p Smart, but all Xiaomi's Mi Home products. So if you have any Mi Home product as of today, your product doesn't support any of Google's services, especially Google Assistant commands. It is not known when the problems will be solved and when Google will reintegrate.

Does turning the computer off and on every day reduce its lifespan? Turning off your computer every day or leaving it on all the time increases its lifespan? While turning off your computer at the end of the day really means you are exposing it to additional wear and tear, in fact, the actual wear comes from the act of safely shutting down the computer, not when you turn it on later. Just as the internal combustion engine in cars is subject to increased wear during start-up due to the high levels of friction created by moving parts, a personal computer is subject to a similar type of start-up wear. However, this is directly proportional to the multitude of mechanical parts inside the computer. In other words, modern computers have almost no moving parts, except for a few fans and the hard drive, which is now rare. However, there may still be wear with the inrush current given to the circuits. Because electronic circuits consisting of indicators, capacitors and transformers draw a ...
